While incarcerated Dwayne Carter connected closely with one of his consistent supporters named Ronda Austin. Ms. Austin explained to Weezy that her mother was in dire need of a new wheelchair after a freak accident after a church service. And after one call from Wayne, Evelyn Austin, who is Ronda’s mother, had her life changed for good.
