Lebron James fans may be happy to know that the highly anticipated “Lebron X” the latest shoe set for release in the long line of Nike signature sneakers for the 3 time MVP will not be retailed at $315. They will be $270

Coming off his first NBA championship there were many rumors swarming sneaker blogs and even the general public concerning the price of Lebron’s newest shoe . Once reports confirmed $315 there was  very negative feedback surrounding much of middle class america. How could Lebron and Nike ask for so much in today’s economy was a common question until today when Nike confirmed the shoe costing $270 will come as pack or sports kit. The pack is the Nike plus version of the shoe which includes motion Sensors, a charger and an adaptor.

The majority of the Lebron X will retail at $180 but will not included the sports kit. The Nike plus version of the Lebron X allows you to measure metrics and vertical leaping once it’s synced with the Nike plus basketball app. If you already have the Nike plus sports kit the Lebron X will retail at $200.

I guess it’s safe to say welcome to the next step of footwear as we know it.
