Sidebar, Im interview Lupe Fiasco tomorrow and decided to do some research on Lupe for some interview questions. Well Lupe Fiaco visited Hot 97 earlier today (July 24th) to do a live on air radio interview. Lupe tells Flex he blogs, and they go back and forth about blogs they like and etc. Flex tells Lupe he likes when the owner is engaged in his or her site. Funkmaster Flex mentions a few sites he likes and then says
“one of my favorite sites is, a young guy out of Philly, HipHopSince1987.com, he has a cool site, he seen a lot of early Meek Mill stuff on there”
Lupe replies “it depends who is writing, you know?”
Flex “I like when the owner of the site is heavy in the site…”
Flex talks HHS1987.com being one of his favorite site’s at the 4:10 mark.
