NCAA basketball teams are a lot smaller than football teams. Coaches love calling their athletes letting them know how they did academically at the end of the year. Most schools even have an academic policy, however, some policies are overlooked due to an athlete’s talent. Now, NCAA basketball is cracking down! Ten teams lose the ability to play in the 2013 NCAA basketball tournament due to poor performances in the classroom. The NCAA released the Academic Progress Rate scores Wednesday afternoon noting which Division I teams are deem ineligible.
