Honestly I feel like Meek should be number 8, but if Hov makes the top 10 because of WTT, I don’t see Meek in it because Drake, Weezy, Rozay, Jeezy, Ye, Hov, and Nicki and perhaps Wiz or Fab may make it over Meek. But I support Meek heavy and believe if Hov is not in it, then Meek should be in it.
