Chicago Mayor, Rahm Emanuel blessed XXL 2014 Freshman Cover featured artist, Chance The Rapper with the city’s “Outstanding Youth Of The Year” Award in relation to all that Chance has done to support the youth of his hometown.
This has to be some crazy inspiration towards his upcoming project ‘Surf’ that he’s currently working on. Look for that release before the end of the year. Congratulations Chance!
