Chris Brown has been kicked out of rehab and will remain in jail for over a month. Unfortunately for the singer, he is facing four years in prison. Earlier it was released that Chris was kicked from rehab because he refused a drug test and violated rules including being too close to a woman. The judge, who presided over the Rihanna assault case, was concerned with Chris’ comment, “I am good at using guns and knifes,” which he made in rehab. He is due back in court on April 23 for a probation violation hearing, his trial will begin on April 17, and he may not be in attendance.
