In the feature Rick Rubin talks about the development of Hov’s “99 Problems.” According to Rick Rubin, Chris Rock helped Jay Z with the chorus for the track. Chris’ idea was inspired by Ice-T’s “99 Problems” and told Rubin who than told Jay Z.
