Curren$y filed a lawsuit for $1.5 million against Dame Dash back in 2012. Spitta claims that Dame sold his music without official rights as well as Dame improperly helping his deal with Warner Bros.
Dame did not pay much attention to the case since he claimed the rapper did him dirty by signing to Warner Bros. The mogul also claims that Curren$y gave him permission to release the music.
Fast forward to now, the rapper has upped the suit to $2.9 million as well as $95,000 in legal fees. Spitta sites that Dash has violated the court order since his lawyer dropped him for lack of payment and he has yet to obtain different representation.
