Although Drake wasn’t at the 2014 MTV VMA’s, that didnt stop him from making his acceptance speech live from the Drake vs Lil Wayne tour stop in Boston last night. Drake won the Best Hip Hop Video award for his “Hold On We’re Going Home” record. After thanking God, his mom, Weezy and more he begin to poke fun at the song during his speech.
