“Whether its the sacrifice that Martin Luther King and many others made for the advancement and progress of this generation or the history Barack Obama made in becoming the first black president, it seems many of us are attempting to denigrate that progress instead of continuing to advance it. Seeing flyer’s with MLK’s image on it throwing up gang signs with gold chains around his neck this past weekend was it for me.. That frustration led to this track and visual.”
