While in his original hometown of LA, Makonnen stopped by Power 106 to hang out with J. Cruz & Justin Credible on the “Lift Off” show to talk his current success & how his hit break-out record ‘Tuesday‘ has taken off since the last time they’ve spoken. Apparantly, the ATL rapper has acquired a plethora of latin fans, so he’ll probably be adding more shows in latin bars on his list of things to do (haha).
He also talked about his latest appearance on the Jimmy Fallon “Tonight Show” & how impactful it was for him to be able to perform with The Roots, being that the group is legendary amongst hip-hop. Oh, & he doesn’t sell Mollllllyyyyyyy no more. You can thank that sweet deal with OVO Records & Drizzy putting him on the map for that one.
