Stalley Talks having Rick Ross as a Mentor, Working with Nike & Adidas & Lebron with Kickrocs (Video)

March 21, 2014 0

During a recent weekend studio session in Atlanta, Stalley of Maybach Music Group invites KickRocs.com founder, Nana Dadzie, to join him for an update on what he’s been working on lately as well as touching on a few other subjects.

In the 20-minute in-depth interview, Stalley and Nana discuss whether or not Lebron is returning to Cleveland, how his upbringing and surroundings in Ohio have contributed to his gritty/soulful flow, his Blue Collar Gang movement, and setting up his “proper introduction to the world” in the next phase of his career as he aims to make himself a household name. Concerning Rick Ross, just as his new label mate Fat Trel told us recently, Stalley sees the MMG Mastermind leading by example daily with his tireless work ethic.

As a serious car enthusiast, sneakerhead and hip-hop culture brand ambassador, Stalley also discusses his work with footwear giants Nike & adidas, touching on collabs that have already happened (adidas Top Ten Hi), collabs that he’d like to happen (Lebron!), and even gives us the top 3 kicks that are a “must” for any trip. Outside of sneakers, the man that loves to make “car music” talks about his desire to work with Chevy on a sound system to get them Impala’s rockin’ right out the box.

There’s plenty more, so PRESS PLAY!

Interview conducted, filmed (assisted by Tony Martin), and edited by KickRocs’ own Nana Dadzie.
