July 8th marks the day WPG member Easalio was born which makes for the name of his project, “July’s Prize.” I had the chance to get an early listen to the Richmond,Va emcees project early and was thoroughly impressed lyrically and the sonic sounds carry the collection. “July’s Prize” is predominantly produced by Midwest producer AP and also features production from V-Don, Dirtbag and Vokab. There are more producers than vocal appearances on the 9-track project with only Maffew Ragazino and partner Ace.
