Despite the news that Kevin Gates was charged with simple battery in Lakeland, Florida yesterday, the Louisiana rapper drops a new song. The song is titled “The Truth” where he goes into great detail about why he did it. So the incident occurred last Friday at a concert when Gates kicked a female concert goer during his performance.
