Atlanta has been able to produce new talent every year over the past two decades, and the variety that comes along with it has always kept excitement in hip-hop. Raury crashed onto the scene last April with the intense track “God’s Whisper,” which garnered him much praise throughout the industry. A year later, and Raury is named as one of the best up and comer’s making music in 2015 through XXL. He just liberated a new record called “Devil’s Whisper” on three days ago, which seems to be follow up track to the “God’s Whisper.”
