Indianapolis native singer-songwriter and rapper Tiara Thomas has returned with a brand new EP titled, Up In Smoke. All by herself on this 9-track EP, the former Division 1/Interscope artist says she was able to have more creative control on the project and happens to be one of the reasons she decided to go the independent route.
