Atlanta hip-hop artist Cyhi The Prynce has been one of the best lyrical artist of our generation for some time and he recently caught the eye of the Hip-Hop world with his record “Elephant In The Room”. When Cyhi The Prynce’s new record “Elephant In The Room” hit the internet, folks immediately took the record as a diss to his G.O.O.D music mentor Kanye West and Def Jam records so it was only right that we sat down with Cyhi to find out what is really going on.

Following Cyhi The Prynce’s private press conference held here in Atlanta that allowed Cyhi to speak with his fans and answer some of their questions on their minds, we caught up with Cyhi to get a better understanding of what he has going on. Cyhi explained the creative process between his record “Elephant In The Room” and informed us that it is not a diss record at all, more a creative way to vent and speak his mind. Informing us that Kanye was behind the record and that he is still rocking with G.O.O.D music, Cyhi spoke on wanting to deliver something special for his fans and doing it with “Elephant In The Room”.

Cyhi The Prynce also spook with us on his future and his plans for the next year. Currently putting plans together for his debut album, Cyhi spoke on gathering game over the years and being ready to use that ammo for good. After being overlooked for so long, Cyhi is ready to step into any arena and display his lyrically abilities.

Before concluding the interview we spoke with Cyhi on his relationship with DJ/Def Jam exec Don Cannon as well as his stance on Hip-Hop’s role in Black Lives Matter and being socially aware. Cyhi elaborated on Don Cannon being a mentor in ways and helping direct his visions and plans. Speaking on having an unorthodox way of thinking, Cyhi does plan on helping our culture during these socially uneasy times and will allow his actions and music to be a light for change.
