Until this week, Billboard’s Hot 100 has not had at least four rap titles on it’s top 10 since 2013. Currently Silento’s “Watch Me” sits at #3, Wiz Khalifa’s “See You Again” sits at #5, while Fetty Wap sits at #6 and #7. On May 4, 2013 Macklemore and Ryan Lewis had the #2 and #3 spots with “Can’t Hold Us” and “Thrift Shop.” PSY’s “Gentleman” was at #5, Pitbull’s “Feel The Moment” was at #9 and Drake’s “Started From The Bottom” was at #10.

Fetty Wap has become the first rapper to have two top ten songs on the Billboard Top 100 lists. The New Jersey native’s “Trap Queen” and his follow up single “My Way” are both sitting comfortably in the top 10 since their iTunes release. After “My Way” was made available for purchase on July 17 the cut jumped from #87 to #7. “679” is also charting at #18 so it’s possible that soon he will have three top 10 cuts. We don’t want to brag, well maybe a little, but we predicted Fetty’s success way back in October.
