Osama Fahmy filed a lawsuit claiming Jay Z and Timbaland used his uncle Baligh Hamdi’s 1960 song Khosara Khosara without authorization to create their hit single Big Pimpin. Jay Z and Timbaland appeared in a Los Angeles court to start proceedings over the use of sampling issue over the song.
