Rich Homie Quan turned himself into the Miami Police Department. The rapper is facing a misdemeanor charge of simple battery following an incident at Club LIV.
RHQ maintained his innocence until today when he surrendered. Quan is said to have hit a club guard in the face two times causing the guard’s nose to break after yelling “I’m Rich Homie Quan and I’m a rich millionaire, bitch.” The scuffle between RHQ and the guard occurred when the “You Not” rapper and his entourage were denied entrance to the club since it was at capacity. Following the fight, RHQ jumped on a speedboat and fled the scene
