Cam-Newton 2015 NFL Wild Card Saturday: Arizona Cardinals vs. Carolina Panthers (Predictions)

Are you ready for some football? The 2015 NFL postseason kicks off today with the Arizona Cardinals facing the Carolina Panthers in this Saturday Wild Card weekend matchup.

The Cardinals were the best team in the NFL for most of the season but injuries latest have hurt the Cardinals and will be key to the game today. The Carolina Panthers won a struggling NFC South but despite their record, the Panthers are one of the hottest teams in the NFL to date. With Charlotte expecting rainy weather for most of the night, this game will be ideal for hardcore smash mouth football.

I expect the Carolina Panthers and their quarterback Cam Newton to play a close to flawless game today. Look for Cam Newton to pass for over 250 yards and rush for 80 more. Panthers rookie wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin will also have a big game catching over 5 passes for over 100 yards.

The Cardinals offense will struggle but will have atleast three big plays. Although the Cardinals have managed to find a way to win this season despite their internal issues, I think the buck stops here today.

Cardinals 17  Panthers 31
