Are you ready for the 2015-16 Atlanta Hawks season? Well I am and if you cant make it out to the Highlight Factory this season don’t worry, FOX Sports Southeast will have you covered.

FOX Sports Southeast announced today it will televise 80 Atlanta Hawks games during the 2015-16 NBA season. Hawks regular season games on FOX Sports Southeast will reach more than 6 million households throughout Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, South Carolina and North Carolina. FOX Sports Southeast was formerly known as SportSouth.

 

The Hawks will tip off the NBA regular season at home against the Detroit Pistons on Tuesday, October 27. Coverage on FOX Sports Southeast begins at 7 p.m. ET with a special one-hour edition of the Hawks LIVE! pregame show.

 

Additionally, FOX Sports Southeast will televise three preseason games beginning with the Hawks vs. Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday, October 7, at 7 p.m. ET. The Hawks also take on the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday, October 14, at 8 p.m. ETand the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday, October 21, at 8 p.m. ET in televised preseason match-ups on the network.

 

Other schedule highlights include:

  • The Hawks will visit the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday, November 21, in a rematch of the 2015 Eastern Conference Finals, with pregame coverage starting at 7 p.m. ET.
  • Former Hawks starter DeMarre Carroll will return to Philips Arena on Wednesday, December 2, when Atlanta hosts the Toronto Raptors, with pregame coverage starting at 7:30 p.m. ET.
  • The Hawks will host the defending NBA Champion Golden State Warriors and reigning MVP Stephen Curry on Monday, February 22, with pregame coverage starting at 7:30 p.m. ET.

 

Play-by-play announcer Bob Rathbun returns for his 20th season as the television voice of the Hawks, alongside Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Famer and Hawks legend Dominique Wilkins, who will return for his seventh season as game analyst. Veteran NBA reporter Andre Aldridge, in his fifth season covering the Hawks, and Olivia Harlan – who returns for her second season – will provide a rotation of analysis and interviews from the sidelines.

 

Hawks LIVE!the pregame and postgame show for all 80 Hawks game telecasts, will be hosted by Jerome Jurenovich alongside analyst Mike “Stinger” Glenn.

 

Games will also be available on FOX Sports GO (FOXSportsGo.com), a free app that provides live streaming video of Atlanta Hawks games through select programming distributors, as well as other FOX Sports programming.
