Rumors that Madonna and Tupac were dating were everywhere in the mid-’90s, but nothing was ever confirmed. During her recent trip to the Howard Stern Show, Madonna recalled an appearance she made on the David Letterman Show in which she used the word “fuck” a lot. When she explains why she decided to use the word is when she admitted to dating ‘Pac.
One time, I was mad at him when I said the f-word a lot. I was in a weird mood that day. I was dating Tupac Shakur, at the time, and the thing is he got me all riled up about life in general..So when I went on the show I was feeling ver gangster.
Shortly after Madonna’s confession, “The View” co-host, Rosie Perez, said that she was the one who hooked Madonna and Tupac up. Rosie recalls when she and Pac attended The Soul Train Music Awards as friends. After numerous ladies failed to get the rapper’s attention at the show, Madonna approached Rosie in hopes that she would hook her up with Pac and he gave the approval.
