Wisconsin newcomer Rob Hicks drops off his new single titled “perception” today. The thriftsoul MC has blended together verse switchups, distinct sound effects, and a series of voice cadences which makes perception one of the most unique sounding tracks of 2016. Rob will be releasing his debut EP which is currently untitled at the moment in the early months of 2017.
