On his birthday, June 11th, Black plans to put his tweets where his mouth is after tweeting he was “better” than both Pac and Biggie. Via Instagram, Kodak released a copy of Biggie’s Ready To Die album cover for his new mixtape Lil’ B.I.G. Pac.
