The 2016 Rio Olympics kickoff this weekend and with all the problems surrounding the lodging at this years Summer Olympics’, the USA Basketball teams are taking matters into their own hands.
The USA Basketball teams will be staying on a 16,800 ton cruise ship called the “Silver Cloud”. This luxury cruise ship will be docking at a port in Brazil and features the works. 7 foot beds, top of the line exercise rooms, cigar cabinets and more. This isn’t the first time the USA basketball team staying in a cruise ship during the Olympics, they also did this during the 2004 Olympics in Athens.
