Last night in American Airlines Arena, the Atlanta Hawks moved on to a record of (8-2) after they defeated the Miami Heat (93-90). Hawks point guard Dennis Schroder finished the game with 18 points and 4 assist. Mike Muscula was big as well scoring 14 points off the bench. The Hawks received a brief scare in the second of the game with Dwight Howard suffered a quad injury in the third quarter. Howard left the game and didn’t return but their is no word on if Howard will be in the lineup tonight for the Hawks. Howard finished with 11 points and 11 rebounds

For the Miami Heat, Philadelphia native/ Heat shooting guard Dion Waiters finished the game with 11 points. Miami Heat big man Hassan Whiteside finished with a season high 25 rebounds and 19 points. Miami Heat shooter Josh Richardson scored 19 as well.

The Atlanta Hawks are back in action tonight at Philips Arena.
