Chris Brown recently took to Twitter to announce the release date for his EIGHTH album, “Heartbreak on a Full Moon.” And what better date to release it than on Halloween! The follow up to 2015’s “Royalty” is also expected to be a double album according to another one of Breezy’s earlier Tweets.
