April 24, 2017 0

The 2017 NBA Playoffs continue today as the Washington Wizards and Atlanta Hawks are set to sqaure off in Game 4 of their first round Eastern Conference matchup tonight at 8pm.

The Washington Wizards currently led the series (2-1) vs. the Hawks but the Atlanta Hawks will be looking to tie up the series tonight. Wizards star John Wall is having a heck of a series averaging 31 points though three games. In Game 3, John Wall finished with 29 points but he was the only Wizard who shot well. Bradley Beal struggled shooting (6-20) for 20 points. Wizards big man Markieff Morris and Hawks all-star Paul Millsap have been battling on the court all series long and that should continue tonight.

In Game 3, The Atlanta Hawks led the game from the opening tip and never looked back. Atlanta Hawks stars Paul Millsap and Dennis Schroder lead their team from pre game warm ups to the final buzzer. Paul Millsap finished the night with 29 points and 14 rebounds on (12-20) shooting from the field. Dennis Schroder finished with 27 points and 9 rebounds. Hawks rookie Taurean Prince has played well during these 2017 NBA playoffs and Game 3 may have been his best outing yet. Prince finished the game with 16 points on (7-10) shooting with 4 rebounds. The Hawks jumped out to a (38-20) lead after the first quarter and never looked back.

Hawks point guard Dennis Schroder is averaging 27 points in this series and if he continues to raise his assist numbers, the Hawks just may even up the series.
