New Mexico has never been a hotbed for rap talent, but up and comer Jandro is trying to make it happen. Amassing a solid following through Soundcloud, the Mexican rapper is trying to not only create a lane for himself and put NM on the map, but represent for his heritage as well. With a void in Latinos in rap, Jandro is trying to separate himself from what’s out there now, and he’s doing it through a new video he’s sharing today.
For “Play Too Much,” he is caught up in a predicament all teenagers go through. He is visiting a shorty from around the way while her parents leave for the day. Everything is all good until the girl’s parents come home because they forgot something and catch the two in bed red handed. As you’d expect, the father was angry by his findings and chased Jandro out of the crib. This is certainly a story that has happened to plenty of folks out there in their younger days and it won’t be the last time it goes down.
