Cardi B’s name is constantly popping up in our social feeds – whether it be for good or dramatic reasons. Today, Balcalis Almanzar (aka Cardi B) appeared in a New York courtroom for her alleged involvement in a brawl that took place at Angels Strip Club in Queens – back on August 29th.
If you recall, Cardi allegedly ordered an attack on two bartenders – one of whom was rumored to have had sexual affairs with Offset. Bottles, hookahs, and chairs were thrown and lawsuits were filed. Today, the judge released Cardi B on her own recognizance (no bail), ordered her to avoid contact with the bartenders, and to return to court in a month.
Defendant Belcalis Almanzar – aka #CardiB – has been arraigned in #Queens Criminal Court. My office requested $2500 bail, but she was released on her own recognizance. The next court date is Jan. 31. Orders of protection were issued.
