Yesterday, as reported by the LA Times, a grand jury indicted Eric Holder – the man suspected of killing Nipsey Hussle. Holder was indicted on four charges including one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder and assault with a firearm, and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon. In addition to killing Nipsey, Holder also injured two other people during the shooting outside of Hussle’s Marathon Clothing store on Saluson Avenue on March 31st.

According to police, a verbal altercation escalated which resulted in the shooting. It was a “personal matter between the two of them,” investigators concluded.

Holder faces 25 years to life in prison. And his attorney, Christopher Darden who is a former city prosecutor from OJ Simpson’s trial has officially withdrawn from the case – due to death threats he received.
