TMZ is reporting that Diddy was hospitalized early this morning shortly after returning home from his Playboy mansion Grammy after-party. Diddy was taken to the ER by his staff and was shortly released after some treatment. Diddy works & plays too hard, and with All Star weekend around the corner, it does not seem like Puff will slow down anytime soon.
