MTV has a panel that ranks the MC’s based on lyrics, style, sales, impact, buzz, and intangibles. So initially Meek Mill didnt make the top 10 list. They compiled the list and said Meek Mill & Pusha T didnt make the list at all. Its weird because Meek was #7 last year and now he is off the list? There are 10 artists that out performed Meek in the game in 2012? Oh yeah Pusha T didnt make the cut either. Either way they voted and put Meek in at #10 and Future on the list at #9.
That leaves the following 8 people to make the list (IM ASSUMING)
