HHS1987’s Eldorado caught up with celebrity event planner and promoter Jacob York of Jacob York Presents. Jacob York Presents has successfully produced an endless array of celebrity-helm events over the past 10 years for celebrities such as Lil Wayne, T.I. Kim Kardashian, Diddy, Snoop Dogg, Lebron James, and many others in various cities around the country. In part one of this three part interview with Jacob York he discussions moving to Atlanta from New York City, his secret strategy for planning events for celebrities, the lost culture of people partying and how working in the music industry with the likes of Lil’ Kim and Diddy has helped him understand the club scene.
