TD Jakes’ is behind what could end up being one of the most powerful movies of the year. Set to release later this year is “Winnie Mandela”, a biopic that depicts the life of Winnie Mandela, the wife of Nelson Mandela, the first black president of South Africa. The movie stars Oscar-winning singer and actress Jennifer Hudson who plays Winnie Mandela and actor Terrence Howard who plays Nelson Mandela. The movie was filmed nearly three years ago but originally didn’t receive great reviews. From what I saw however it appears to be a great film.
