On Friday November 3rd, James Harden and the (7-3) Houston Rockets came to town and picked up a (119-104) victory over the (1-8) Atlanta Hawks.

 

The key to the game was the first half performance of Rockets star James Harden. Harden scored 21 of his game high 29 points in the first half of the game. Shooting (8-15) from the field, Harden also finished with 11 assist. Rockets 2016-17 sixth man of the year Eric Gordon finished the night with 20 point and after the game he spoke on staying aggressive and become more of a offensive weapon.

The Hawks are on a eight game losing streak and injuries aren’t helping. For the Hawks, Kent Bazemore finished with 18 points. Taurean Prince and Dennis Schroder finished with 16 points. The Hawks are back in action on Sunday afternoon at 3:00pm EST on the road in Cleveland vs. LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers.

 

Marco Belinelli (sore left Achilles) is probable. DeAndre’ Bembry (fractured right wrist) is out. Malcolm Delaney (sprained right ankle) is doubtful. Ersan Ilyasova (bone bruise, left knee) did not travel with the team and is out. Mike Muscala (sprained left ankle) did not travel with the team and is out. Miles Plumlee (strained right quad) did not travel with the team and is out. Dennis Schröder (sprained left ankle) is probable.
