Rising indie rhymer, Franco comes from the streets of Canarsie, Brooklyn. His passion for making music began at a young age. He was inspired by his surroundings, life experiences growing up in Canarsie, along with the many legendary artists home to Brooklyn. At the tender age of 9 is when FranCo penned his first rhyme. A few years later, he was already recording his rhymes in a studio – perfecting his craft.
Growing up Franco enjoyed listening to Tupac, Jay-Z, Eminem, Kanye, Dipset, Lupe Fiasco, Wu-Tang, and Redman. All legendary emcees whose diverse influences show up in the music we hear today in FranCo‘a music.
His unique and authentic creative process places the focus on instrumentation, enabling the beat’s sounds and vibes to drive the song’s direction. Franco is inspired by the warm welcome to his work as he continues to refine his sound and manages to build fans overseas.
Fast forward to today, and Franco is gearing up to release his much-anticipated, Gxxdy Bagg EP. this project showcases the strength of his vision and the impeccable creativity that this 26-year old BK emcee possesses.
