It was in the 2010s that he made his debut in the music industry as a com manager, artist manager. Mouctar Telly is a very cosmopolitan artist due to his musical culture and his authenticity.
A multi-faceted artist and style savant who’s at every red carpet event, Mouctar Telly seems like he’s on top of the world. But the journey to where he’s at now was a long one coming. Musically gifted people have the opportunity to go on a journey that will allow them to share their abilities and unite others, but not everyone sees it that way.
