According to TMZ, Rick Ross will get to keep his stage name as an L.A. County Superior Court judge threw out a lawsuit by “Freeway” Rick Ross stating the former drug dealer had no case. Rozay was sued back in 2010 for copyright infringement by “Freeway” Rick Ross in a California Federal Court who was looking to be compensated $10 million for using his name.
