Donte’ Holmes Finishes 19th Overall in the NCAA Championships

Delaware State University senior Donte’ Holmes finished 19th overall in the 800m run at the 2012 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships Wednesday evening. Holmes, from Hyattsville, Maryland, has been on the track and field team for four years, ending his career at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. Donte’ Holmes final time was 1:49:42 and finished seventh in the first heat. Sports Cipher caught up with Donte’ Holmes.
