Welp it would seem that New York Knicks forward Kenyon Martin’s suggestion that his Knicks teammates wear all black to the game for the Knicks vs. Celtics game 5 meeting symbolizing the “Celtics Funeral” or the end of Boston’s dominance in the eastern conference turned out to be a bad idea. Martin and his Knicks teammates were extremely confident that they would win game 5 ending the first round meeting of these two teams and possibly sending Celtics’ greats Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce into retirement. KG and the Celtics won game 5 (92-86) and game 6 is Friday night in Boston. I’m thinking we won’t see the Knicks in pallbearers attire for this game. Check out the Knicks arrives at Madison Square Garden below.
