I wonder if the Houston Texans brass are wishing they could press restart and do the 2014 NFL draft all over again. Following successful microfracture knee surgery, Clowney is expected to miss 9 months and the start next season.

According to ESPN, After meeting with renowned orthopedic surgeon James Andrews on Wednesday, it was determined that Clowney needs a second surgery on his right knee.

Clowney played four games this season and never was on the field long enough to show his teams or NFL fans what he can do. Hopefully Clowney has a successful and speedy recovery and is back on the field for the Houston Texans next year.
