Earlier in the year, it was announced that Paula Patton and Robin Thicke were calling it quits after rumors swirled that he was cheating. Tonight after winning the award for Top Hot 100 Song for his smash, “Blurred Lines,” he thanks his wife. The singer said, “I’d like to thank my wife for her love and support, and for putting up with me all these years.” Later on in the night, he took the stage to debut a new song, “Get Her Back” dedicated to doing just that.
