Fresh off of the release of his remix to Drake’s “Hype,” Philadelphia’s own Ashoka is back again with the lead single from his upcoming EP “WWYD.” Going in over a super vibey beat Ashoka is clearly a talented MC, demonstrating his lyrical prowess by painting a vivid picture with each line. His delivery is fluid and exciting, with rhythmic switches present at every turn. If you’re a fan of Big Sean you will definitely be a fan of Ashoka.
