On Saturday, September 17, 2016, BET “Hip Hop Awards” was filmed at its new venue, The Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre in Atlanta, GA, and HHS1987’s Terrell Thomas (Eldorado) and Brian da Director were on the scene conducting live interviews on the Sprite green carpet outside of the The Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre
While on the 2016 BET Hip-Hop Awards green carpet we caught with rapper/producer Lecrae. With all the recent success of his recent project ‘Church Clothes 3″, Lecrae spoke on his sound and how the support of his fans or “family” as he likes to call them are the reason for all his success. Set to perform during the award, Lecrae spoke on his performance, dropped some news on his upcoming “The Destination Tour” and his spoke on his relationship with Golden State Warriors MVP Stephen Curry.
