Tonight, Dwight Howard the (28-20) Atlanta Hawks return to action against as they take on Dion Waiters and the (19-30) Miami Heat at American Airlines Arena. The Hawks are coming off of a big win on Sunday afternoon where they defeated the New York Knicks after four overtime periods. Paul Millsap finished that game with 37 points and 19 rebounds. Wednesday night’s matchup will kickoff a two game road trip that wraps up tomorrow night in Houston. Hawks guard/forward Thabo Sefolosha is out for tonight’s matchup against the Heat.

The Miami Heat are rolling and are winners of 8 straight games. The Heat are coming off of a big win on Monday night against the struggling Brooklyn Nets. Although the Heat are well under .500, if they continue their recent hot streak, they could march into a playoff berth. During their 8 game streak, the Heat have collected victories against the Golden State Warriors and Houston Rockets. Heat forward Luke Babbitt is questionable for tonight’s game.
