Russia has been catching a lot of flack lately for it’s politics, but we know we can’t put all people into one bubble. Using Instagram as his platform of choice, Anthony Voletsenko has been able to run up his following via his Growing Up In Russian handle to upwards of 50k dropping some of the most hilarious memes online. Recently, he sat down for an interview with the RapFest to talk about exactly what he made the page for and makes it a key point that he wants to “disrupt normal media.”
