Back on his mixtape, U Don’t Know Jakk with DJ Kay Slay, Jakk Frost had a cut called “Who Do You Blame” that told the story of a young man, neglected by his family and society and the path his life took as a result of that neglect. On this new track, a prequel to the first, he tells a similar story but this time it traces the rocky path of a young lady coming up in the ghetto under similar circumstances. I have included both tracks for your consideration and comparison.
